TrinaLamp

DSC_0007 TrinaLamp is a stool obtained from a slice of Venetian palina, dried and cemented using a transparent glass-like resin that incorporates and protects the preciously jagged natural edge, a carving work done with skill and precision by Teredo Navalis, a mollusc that  leaves traces of its passing on the wooden surface in the form of shapes and striking designs made of perfectly circular holes, similar to Burano’s lace. In this lamp, full and empty are characterized by the way of the light trought retroillumination. The plan is supported by three steel rods that allow placement desk or wall bracket. DSC_0025
